IPmanager integrates with all software products from the ISPsystem company. A hosting company may have only one server with IPmanager installed for allocating IP-addresses for all kinds of hosting services.
Why IPmanager?
You may have multiple servers to provide different hosting services, such as shared, VPS, dedicated servers. If you add or remove shared hosting accounts, virtual servers, order or cancel IP-addresses, the list of IP-addresses assigned to those servers will be changed.
Depending on the number of network servers, hosting services and server policy, allocation of IP-addresses may become a real challenge. Our unique solution automates and simplifies IP-address management for you, reducing network operating costs and configuration errors. Using IPmanager you will be able to assign IP-address to new servers with a mouse click.
IPmanager allows end users to change reverse zones for their IP-addresses.
How does it work?
IPmanager setup includes:
- An IPmanager administrator adds blocks of IP-addresses that can be assigned to users, and creates a user account that will be able to access IPmanager via API.
- In ISPmanager, VDSmanager, DSmanager, or DNSmanager locate the "Integration with IPmanager" module and provide required parameters to access IPmanager.
Once you have finished, you may forget about allocation of IP-addresses. When any of your servers requires a new IP-address, it will request one from IPmanager. When the IP-address is no longer used, the server will return it to the pool of available addresses in IPmanager.
IPmanager allows you to monitor the current status of IPs as assigned or available. With IPmanager you will be able to effectively manage your IP-addresses.
