ISPsystem software products v.5 have a new licensing policy. You now need to provide an activation key for activating your license. The key can be regenerated once a month, if needed.
Very often our clients need to regenerate the license’s activation key more often than once a month. Thus they had to send numerous requests to our support team.
We have launched a new procedure that can be used if your license requires a new activation key.
How it works now
The number of additional attempts to regenerate the activation key they you may perform, is 1% of the total number of licenses you have.
For example: if you have 1000 licenses, you are allowed to regenerate the key 10 times a month.
