ISPsystem took part at WHD.asia 2011. For the first time WorldHostingDays was held in Asia. Exhibition hosts expected 200 visitors, but actually more than 600 attendees were involved at the hosting fair. Some of them delivered reports and told visitors about web-hosting technologies at special sessions. This event gathered professionals and businesses from the Asian hosting industry. For the first time ISPsystem was a platinum sponsor of this event.
A member of our team, Ivan Kruglov, made a report, which was dedicated to our software line for web hosting automation. ISPsystem was represented at the booth, so every visitor was able to ask any questions to ISPsystem team.
Traditionally, we asked some questions to the participants from our company about their experience at this event.
- Tatiana, can you tell us about specific features of WHD.asia. What are you impressions?
- This event was very interesting for us. We learnt much about particularities of the Asian hosting industry. Our main goal today is to spread our software proposals to European and Asian markets. That is why taking part at WHD is very useful experience for our company. We had a great opportunity to make new contacts with attendees from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, India. It should be noted that the hosting industry increased dramatically in the Asian-Pacific region. It was a real pleasure to meet our partners and answer their questions. Our new advertising program caught the interest of many hosting-providers at WHD.
- Which products were more popular there?
- Like at other industry events, the most popular product is ISPmanager. At the same time our other products were also popular at WHD.asia.
- Ivan, could you tell us some words about your report.
- My report was about our hosting software automation line. I explained that with our control panels one can easily provide complex hosting services. First of all, it can be used for VPS, dedicated, shared and reseller hosting. I also told about functionality available in different versions of our products.
