BILLmanager has a built-in system for sending notifications to users. Notifications may be sent to employees or customers when a specific event occurs. For example, a new response from the support team, auto-renewal of a service, a new invoice generated.
Three ways of notification:
- Notification menu in BILLmanager;
- E-mail. It will be necessary to configure your mail server;
- SMS messages.
Any provider can create his knowledge base or FAQ. For example, make an article about choosing and configuring an SSL certificate. Customers will read the article on the order page and choose the certificate that will suit their needs.
