Getting started with DNSmanager

This is the documentation for the deprecated product DNSmanager 5. It is no longer updated and may be irrelevant. Documentation for the current version of DNSmanager can be found in the DNSmanager 6 section.

This article walks you through the steps you need to perform in DNSmanager. Log in to the control panel as "Admin".

Enter the main configuration parameters in Global settings. Learn more in Global settings.
Navigate to Settings→ IP pool to add IP addresses that will be assigned to a new user, or integrate DNSmanager with IPmanager. Learn more in IP pool management.
Go to Accounts to create new users. Learn more in How to add a new user.
Check settings of the domain name server for the newly created users. Learn more in DNS-server configuration.
Set up integration with ISPmanager. Learn more in Integration with ISPmanager.
