EKACOD. Data Center is a data center operator and IT infrastructure provider. The company's key services include dedicated server provisioning, VDS/VPS cloud servers, virtual GPU servers, hardware colocation, and related data center services for businesses, developers, AI projects, and high-load systems.

EKACOD's technical department is divided into clear areas of responsibility:

  • The System Administration Department includes a team of system administrators, network engineers (NOC) and an information security engineer. The department ensures stable and fault-tolerant operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
  • The Data Center Operations Department works directly with the hardware in the data center's equipment rooms, ensuring the smooth operation of its own infrastructure and client equipment.
  • Technical support ensures customer loyalty through fast, competent, and high-quality resolution of requests.
  • The Development and Implementation Department develops and integrates IT solutions that automate business processes, expand the service portfolio, and enhance the company's competitiveness.

Almost from the very beginning of its operation, EKACOD has been using ISPsystem products. There was a short period when EKACOD managed without dedicated automation.

BILLmanager is effectively a business management center. Today, it helps Ekacod handle a variety of tasks: from automating the process of issuing monthly invoices to clients and ordering services to providing technical support through a built-in ticket system.

EKACOD made its own design of letter and agreement templates right inside BILLmanager. Previously, managers struggled with customizing templates manually, but now everything is generated automatically for each document.

Now the process takes literally a few minutes and optimizes the work time of specialists.

DCImanager helps you manage hardware and networks, provide services to clients, and monitor your infrastructure (with built-in Grafana). The platform takes care of the routine tasks of managing switches, accounting for traffic, and providing access to clients.

DCImanager is a platform for automating server lease and collocation businesses

The customer particularly highlights the following key functional capabilities of the platform

In 2025, ISPsystem carried out a large-scale visualization upgrade. This now allows the customer not only “draw racks nicely”, but also conveniently solve important business tasks: monetize every centimeter of the rack, reduce equipment failures, and save engineers' time.

Full IP addressing control Full IP addressing control

EKACOD has transferred networking, IP address pool, and colocation to the DCImanager IP addressing module. This made it possible to automate the provision of IP addresses to clients for colocation, dedicated servers, and virtual networks.

KVM console control KVM console control

Using the custom fields feature (custom hardware parameters), the customer integrated the IP addresses of the KVM consoles into the platform. Now, to reboot a client server, you don't need to search for the address in the documentation – just click on the server in DCImanager and get to the console.

Additional results: the site is a store without sellers

The site is deeply integrated with BILLmanager via API. The user orders a server on the website -> BILLmanager automatically creates a personal account, provides services, issues an invoice, and sends emails with access thereto. Previously, managers did this manually (creating an account, setting up a service, generating an invoice, sending it). Now a person is not needed for these tasks.

  • Technical support and managers: accept applications, change tariffs.

Nearest plans: VMmanager + new data centers

EKACOD specialists assembled a cluster and implemented a new service for renting VDS virtual servers with RTX 5090 GPUs for language models, AI/ML tasks, rendering, and computing.

In addition, the company plans to open a new data center in 2026. ISPsystem products allow for the separation of locations, allowing EKACOD to offer clients fault-tolerant solutions with virtual machine deployments across multiple locations.

For us, ISPsystem products are not just a set of control panels, but the foundation for operational automation for a hosting provider and data center.

BILLmanager covers the client, financial, and documentation areas, DCImanager helps manage the physical infrastructure: servers, racks, switches, and IP addressing, while VMmanager is responsible for managing the virtual infrastructure. Based on it, we have built a fault-tolerant cluster to provide cloud VDS servers, including configurations with GPUs.

The main outcome is fewer manual operations, fewer errors and more control. This allows us to scale services without proportionally increasing the workload on the team and gives us the opportunity to focus not on routine, but on the development of service and infrastructure.
