About us

ISPsystem, an IT-company based in Irkutsk, was founded in 2004. For more than 16 years we have been developing software for managing IT infrastructure, including physical equipment, server virtualization, web server and sites. For hosting and IaaS providers, we offer a billing platform, as well as a profitable software reselling program.

The company was founded. We launched ISPmanager for hosting automation. 2004

Our first clients. Many of them are still with us.

VMmanager — a virtualization orchestration solution. 2005

Development of technologies required new solutions: we launched a FreeBSD, Xen, Vserver control panel. Later we introduced KVM and OVZ.

DCImanager — a dedicated server management solution. 2008

Our company launched DCImanager, a solution that reduced costs on maintaining physical servers and data center equipment.

BILLmanager — a software for complex automation of service provisioning. 2009

We introduced a software product that allowed service providers to automate their sales, manage clients, and provide technical support.

The market share in Russia and the CIS reached 50%. We entered into a partnership with major companies. 2012

Most large hosting providers started to sell our products. Software solutions from ISPsystem became industry standards.

We updated all our products to make them more stable and fault-tolerant. 2013

Support of new technologies and re-designed architecture made our software solutions more reliable and added new functionality.

ISPsystem software solutions were included in the Unified Registry of Russian Computer Programs and Databases. 2016

Our products became popular not only among the private sector but also among governmental organizations and universities.

The market share in Russian and the CIS increased up to 70%. Our team was more than 100 employees. 2017

We launched new responsibilities and extended the existing departments. Job seekers from other regions joined our team.

We released Vepp and the new generation of VMmanager and DCImanager. 2019

Our company introduced Vepp that featured a new distribution model “platform”. VMmanager and DCImanager are now based on micro-service architecture.

Our company has 16 years of experience in software development. During this period, we launched 5 multi-functional solutions and several supplementary systems. We always use cutting-edge technologies for software development.

ISPsystem solutions are installed on more than 300 000 servers all over the globe and our customers are based in more than 150 countries. All the services such as documentation, support center, interfaces, etc. are translated into English.

We release updates on a regular basis to ensure compatibility with third-party applications and provide users with security patches.

We build reliable and long-term relations with our partners: listen to their feedback and carry out co-marketing campaigns. Some companies have been cooperating with us for more than 10 years.
