The BILLmanager platform now features a new tool – built-in AI consultant. This is a comprehensive mechanism that will enable AI to solve a wide range of problems in the future. Initially, the solution helps users find answers faster and reduces the number of support requests.
Now, the AI assistant shortens the user's path from question to answer due to the integrated chat in the BILLmanager interface. You can use LLM to add necessary reference information or documentation to the chat as a knowledge base. The AI consultant will suggest relevant sections and share links to documents.
The new tool can respond not only via chat but also via tickets, making it suitable for use as an additional support tool.
The product architecture includes adapters for LLM, the ability to develop custom adapters and mechanisms for interaction with them, as well as a visual chat.
