A year ago, we gave ISPsystem platform users the ability to influence development priorities through voting on our roadmaps. This tool was an important step towards open planning, and now we are excited to announce the next phase — public access to the backlog, or "Feature Sandbox" (Global Backlog), for VMmanager, DCImanager, and BILLmanager.
The Feature Sandbox is a space for your ideas that lie beyond the current development plan. Here, we publish promising tasks and enhancements that have significant potential but haven't yet made it into the official roadmap. Your task is to cast your vote for the functional improvements you find most valuable. The features that gather the most votes from users will be incorporated into our release plans.
How to participate in the voting:
- On the official ISPsystem website, navigate to the section of the product you need and open its Roadmap.
- Below the roadmap title, you will find a new button — «Feature Sandbox».
- Review the proposed options, select the ones most valuable to you, and click «Vote».
After authorizing in your personal account, your vote will be counted. You can support several initiatives and change your selection at any time.
We will transfer the most popular proposals from the Feature Sandbox to the main roadmap for prioritized implementation, and you will be able to track the progress of the voting in real time.
If you don't see a feature you're interested in on the list, you can always submit a feature request via the form on our website.
