How does the BILLmanager personal account work?
The client's personal account is a section of BILLmanager in which the user can manage services, control financial transactions and send requests to technical support.
The following operations are available to the user:
- Resource and service management - ordering new services and deleting old ones, changing the parameters of services already in use
- Financial management - making payments for services, replenishing your balance, tracking your spending history
- Working with documents - acts, invoices and contracts
- Interaction with technical support - sending requests and receiving responses from technical support
What settings are available to the BILLmanager user?
In the settings section the user can:
- Change basic settings
- Review privacy policy updates
- Manage actions on personal data
- Configure binding to external authorization services
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Set up work with Telegram to contact technical support
- Set up notifications and more
Adding new users
The user can provide access to the personal account to third parties. For example, a system administrator may use the personal account to communicate with support engineers, or an accountant may use it to manage documents and finances.
