How to purchase a license v6
In your Client area
- Log into your Client area.
- Navigate to the Licenses v6 → Request price.
- Choose the number of servers, virtual machines or devices that you are planning to manage with the platform. Enter your company website, direct phone number, additional details and your industry.
- Wait for 1-2 business day. We will contact you as soon as possible.
- Pay for the license. Learn more in Payment methods.
How to purchase a license v5
To be able to use ISPsystem software products, you need to obtain a license. We offer free and paid licenses. In this article you can read about paid license (for more information about trial licenses, please refer to the article Trial versions). You can order a license on the product order page at our website or in your Client area.
At ISPsystem website
- Navigate to the product page from the Home page of our website.
- ClickBuy in the upper-right corner..
- Select a panel version and click Pay now.
- The Client area sign in form will open. Enter your email and password that you provided during the registration.
- In the form that will open enter the order parameters and pay for the license by your favorite payment method. Learn more in Payment methods.
In your Client area
- Log into your Client area.
- Navigate to the ISPsystem licenses section → Buy license.
- Select a license and click “Buy”,select a licensing period and enter the server IP address where the panel will be installed. If you don’t know the IP address, leave the field blank. You can enter the IP after payment in the license edit form.
- Pay for the license. Learn more in Payment methods.
License management v6
After you have paid for the license, you can renew it, change the number of servers, virtual machines or equipment that you can add in the control panel. You can find the license management options in your Client area.
- Log into the Client area.
- Navigate to the Licenses v6 section and click on the license name or Edit.
- In the form that will open you can make the changes: enable the auto-renewal option, change the number of virtual machines, servers or equipment. You can also copy the token that you need to install a panel on the server.
- To renew a license, click on Renew next to the license expiration date.
License management v5
After you have paid for the license, you can renew it, change its IP address, copy and generate its activation key, and change the number of servers. You can find the license management options in your Client area.
- Log into the Client area.
- Navigate to the ISPsystem licenses section and click on the license name.
- In the form that will open you can make the changes: enable the auto-renewal option, add or edit the IP address, copy and generate a new activation key, change the number of serves.
- To renew a license, click on Renew next to the license expiration date.
- To learn the information about the product, add modules, view the License agreement or the Change log, navigate to the corresponding section in the left menu.
Licensing periods
You can order a license for 1 month or 1 year. If you want to order a license for 2 or more months, enable the auto-renewal option: make a payment for the amount that equals the license cost for a selected period and enable the auto-renewal. The license will be renewed automatically every month.
- Log into the Client area.
- Navigate to the ISPsystem licenses section and click on the license name.
- In the form that will open enable the auto-renewal option and select the period.
- Add the required amount to your account balance.
