We look back at different events and biggest moments that happened with us in 2017. During this year we:
Developed
48 releases, 1370 improvements and bugfixes in software products. Most important: now ISPmanager can be integrated with Cloudflare, DDoS-GUARD, and KernelCare. BILLmanager supports integration with VMware vCloud Director and Microsoft Azure Pack.
Designed
Our UX Department announced the release of new interfaces for software products of the 6th generation. They are much easier and more convenient to use. BILLmanager 6 Client area will be available to all in 2018. You can log in to eu.ispsystem.com to evaluate new features of the web-interface, which now opens by default.
Helped
Technical Support Team closed 8 thousand tickets. Customer Care managers answered 18 thousand questions. Now users can send improvement requests to the Feature Request system. Just as important, we introduced free support for our Partners.
Told
We had meetings with colleagues and partners at DCW in Singapore, WHD in Germany, HighLoad++ in Moscow, and visited many other events. We held a number of webinars, and published about 40 articles about our plans, products, etc.
Set a course for global changes
We have come to understanding how the new generation of ISPmanager and VMmanager will look like (and we highly appreciate your feedback!). ISPmanager 6 will deliver different work zones for users, web-developers, and administrators. New VMmanager will allow building a cloud infrastructure. All our products will contain a Market place.
