Description

This error occurs when trying to create a second trusted user. A trusted user is an account on behalf of which another user performs any operations in the platform.

Possible solutions

• The error may occur if the platform installation was interrupted and restarted. The first installation created a trusted user, and the second installation attempted to create a second one. If the server does not contain important data, reinstall the OS and lauch the platform installation.
• If reisntalling OS may cause difficulties, contact the technical support.
