This error occurs when trying to create a second trusted user. A trusted user is an account on behalf of which another user performs any operations in the platform.

Possible solutions

• The error may occur if the platform installation was interrupted and restarted. The first installation created a trusted user, and the second installation attempted to create a second one. To resolve the error, clear the database and repeat the installation.
