Error 8114, User change in auth service failed

Possible solutions

• Check that the settings are correct.
• If the displayed setting are correct, but the error persists:
  1. Collect the authorization service logs. The authorization service logs are stored:
     • in the auth_back container standard output stream;
     • in the /var/log/licupdate.log file of the auth_back container.

  2. Contact technical support and provide the authorization service logs.
