Description

Unable to update license information or activate a resource pack. This error occurs when attempting a request from the dci_back service to the dci_license_1 licensing service.

Possible solutions

• Check the license status in your client area.
• Check if the license6.ispsystem.com licensing server is accessible from the platform server. If access is blocked in the network equipment settings, allow access.
• Examine the errors that occur when running the command to update the license in the dci_license_1 container log:
  1. Connect to the server with the platform via SSH.

  2. Run the command:
     

     Container names may differ depending on the used version of Docker Compose. A hyphen may be used instead of the underscore character in container names.

     To get the exact names of the containers, run the command: 

     docker ps -a

     journalctl -f CONTAINER_NAME=dci_license_1
