Service import

This is the documentation for the deprecated product BILLmanager 6 Startup and BILLmanager 6 Advanced. It is no longer updated and may be irrelevant. Documentation for the current version of BILLmanager can be found in the BILLmanager 6 section.

You can transfer services from one customer to another.

To transfer a service:

  1. Go to Tools → Service import.
  2. Select the Service Id and the Import to client you want to transfer it to, or enter an id.
  3. Click Finish to confirm the service transfer.

After transferring the service from the old customer will be assigned a deleted status, and the new customer will have a copy with the new id. Service charges will remain with the old owner.
