Support of DCImanager 6 includes three stages:
- GA (General availability) — main support stage;
- LTS (Long-term support) — limited support stage;
- EOL (End-of-life) — support withdrawal stage.
The duration of each step is determined by DCImanager 6 life cycle stages.

Technical and advisory support
Technical and advisory support for DCImanager 6 is provided according to the Support rules.
Technical support is only provided for the last two stable versions and all regular versions released in between. You can find information about the product versions on the ISPsystem website.
If the support request is related to the operation of the equipment, update the firmware of the device to the latest versions before contacting us.
Advisory support is provided for all versions of DCImanager 6 until the EOL stage.
Operating Systems
Servers running AlmaLinux and Ubuntu use standard kernel builds from OS vendors without any modifications. For bug fixes and kernel enhancements, please contact OS vendors via open bug trackers:
