General information

DCImanager is a control panel for data center management. DCImanager allows you to manage servers, VLAN, and all the necessary components from a single point of access, automate server deployment and server provisioning, inventorize active servers and those on stand-by, keep track of electricity consumption and traffic, automatically add new equipment, as well as reboot servers remotely. Receive full information about your DC as a whole and every server in particular.

Main features

DCImanager delivers the following functionality:

  • Server management; 
  • Equipment management (switch, IPMI, PDU, etc.); 
  • VLAN management;
  • Data center map;
  • Automatic server search; 
  • OS installation on a dedicated server;
  • Server diagnostics and recovery mode;
  • Resource consumption reports (power, traffic, etc.)

Versions

There are two versions:

  • DCImanager — this version can be used for most service providers as it has all the functionality they may need;
  • DCImanager Enterprise — has a specially designed module for inventory management, and allows collecting information about electric power supply and work with the data center map.

Inventory

  • Server and spare parts accounting and tracking;

UPS management

  • Support of uninterrupted power supply ;
  • UPS change notification (switch to battery);
  • Take the reading of UPS;

Switch management

  • Support of SNMP switches;
  • Take the reading of switches.
