No record found in vm_ip_fabric_settings table for the selected cluster. The error may occur due to:

• calling cluster/{cluster_id}/routing/update or node/{node_id}/routing/update for a cluster with "Switching" or "Routing" configuration type. In this case the error value is "Only IP-Fabric type supported for this handler";
• inconsistent database state.
