• node access issues;
• storage configuration issues;
• network configuration issues;
• insufficient resources to enable high availability.

Possible solutions

• If the platform version is 2026.02.1 or higher, examine the logs /var/log/vm_writer.log in the vm_back container.
• If the platform version is lower than 2026.02.1, examine the logs /var/log/vm_writer.log in the vm_box container.
