Error 5229, Can not get node info. Unknown Python exception raised.

Possible solutions

• Check the node connection parameters.
• Check node network availability.
• Reconnect the node.
• If the platform version is 2026.02.1 or higher, collect logs /var/log/node_info.log and /var/log/node_create/node_*.log in the vm_back container and contact technical support.
• If the platform version is lower than 2026.02.1, collect logs /var/log/node_info.log and /var/log/node_create/node_*.log in the vm_box container and contact technical support.
