How to group VMs by keyword

Description

This article explains how to group virtual machines (VMs) by keyword. Once grouped, you can quickly access your filtered VM lists from the Bookmarks menu.

Solution

To set up VM grouping by keyword:

1. Open the Virtual machines section → select VM → menu → Note. 
   
2. Add a keyword in the note field.
3. Click in the Name column header → Note tab.
4. Enter the keyword you added in step 2 in the field.
5. Click Apply.
   
   

    The VM list will be displayed according to the set filter.

6. Open the section (Bookmarks) in the right side menu.
   
7. Click Add and enter a name for the bookmark.
8. Click , to save the bookmark.
   

To open the VM table with the filters configured above, open the section and select the bookmark you created.
