ISPsystem platforms collect anonymous information about errors that occur in the software and some statistical data about product usage. For example, information about the platform version. This information contains anonymized data that is sent to ISPsystem servers. The collected data is used to identify and fix errors and develop ISPsystem products.

If your information security policy does not allow the collection of statistical data, you can disable the transmission of this information. To do this, go to Settings → System configuration → Disable Sentry. These restrictions will not affect the operation of ISPsystem software.
