The section contains information about configuring modules for final platform customization. This involves completing the following tasks:
- enable notification via selected communication channels;
- customize the web interface design and service storefront to the company brand;
- connect additional modules — support center and business analytics.
Configurations that do not affect launch of sales can be performed later.
Notifications
BILLmanager includes a built-in system for sending various notifications to users. A notification is sent to a provider’s employee or client when a specific event occurs.
The platform allows notifying users in the following ways:
- via email. You will need to configure a mail server;
- via SMS messages to a mobile phone. You will need to configure an SMS gateway;
- via Telegram messenger. You will need to configure notifications via Telegram;
- via the notifications menu in BILLmanager.
We recommend configuring at least one notification channel before starting sales.
Design settings
Web interface design
In BILLmanager, you can configure the design of the platform web interface. Brand settings are available in the interface. The provider can:
- set a color scheme;
- upload the company logo;
- configure the display of copyright information;
- configure the authorization form.
To customize the interface style, go to the section Provider → Providers → select the provider → click Brand setup.

Storefront design
The storefront is a feature for displaying services from BILLmanager for unauthorized users.
Enable the public storefront so that unauthorized users can view the provider's services without having to register or log in the client area. Information about services on the storefront website is generated based on tariff plans configured in BILLmanager. Information about the company is generated based on billing data.
- To display the section Storefronts in the left menu, go to the section Provider → Global settings → Storefront settings block → enable the option Use storeftont.
- To create a storefront, go to the section Provider → Storefronts → click Add.
