Referral program in the employee area

The following terms are used in this article:

This article describes the capabilities of the referral program from a provider employee's account. For information on how the referral program appears to the client, see the article User settings.

A provider employee can:

List of referrals

To view information about a referrer's referrals, in the main menu go to MarketingReferral programs → select a program → click Referrers → select a referrer → click Referrals. The following information is available for each referral:

  • id — client ID;
  • Name — client's full name and email address;
  • Total expenses — total amount of all the referral's expenses;
  • Paid amount — total amount of cash rewards paid out from the referral's purchases. Only actual payouts are displayed. If deferred reward payout is configured and no payment has been made yet, this field remains empty;
  • Reward rules — referral program rules used to calculate rewards. Rule IDs are listed comma-separated. Click the link to go to the referral program rules list;
  • Join date — date when the client joined the referral program;
  • From which site — information on how the client joined the referral program:
  • First purchase date — date of the referral's first purchase after following the referral link. All services are counted, including those that do not generate rewards;
  • Last purchase date — date of the referral's most recent purchase. All services are counted, including those that do not generate rewards;

List of rewards

To view reward payout information, in the main menu go to MarketingReferral programs → select a program → click Referrers → select a referrer → click Rewards. The following information is available for each referrer:

  • Date — reward accrual date. If multiple rewards were accrued on the same day under different rules, aggregated amounts are displayed;
  • Reward amount — amount of cash reward that was accrued;
  • Payment — payment ID of the reward transaction. Click the link to go to the referrer's payment list. To view the list of expenses that triggered the payment, select the payment → click Expenses ;
  • Reward rules — rule id used for accrual. If multiple rules apply, they are listed comma-separated.

Reward expenses list

To view information about a referral's expenses that formed the basis for the referrer's reward calculation, go to Referrers → select a referrer → click Rewards → click Expenses. The following information is available:

  • id — expense ID;
  • Expense name — standard expense name;
  • Client — standard referral client name;
  • Expense amount — final expense amount from which the reward was calculated, including VAT, discounts, and bonuses;
  • Paid amount — cash reward amount accrued from this expense.
